Reviewers look for servers that appear unprotected. Outreach tries to reach the owner with enough detail to fix it. We do not publish server lists or send traffic to strangers.

Membership is by referral from an existing member. There is no public application form. If you already know someone in the collective, ask them to vouch for you.
